Weird Old Puppet Commercial

Our friend, puppet-maker, stop-motion afficianado and all around mensch SAL DENARO, sent us this very very piece of puppet weirdness:

Sal thinks Lou Bunin (Alice In Wonderland) may have created it, but I don't know. Any ideas?

    I don't know if Mr.Lou Bunin built and manipulated the puppet

    "Prof.Nutty"in this classic "Maltex"hot cereal tv plug?


    But?

    It's obvisious that Entertainer Allen Swift is the voice of

    "Prof.Nutty".


    I wonder if there any more classic tv commercials featuring

    this puppet character?


    Hopefully,we'll see more of "Prof.Nutty"promoting "Maltex"

    creal very soon?
