Dear Craig, This brings back wonderful memories! I grew up watching "Supercar"saturday evenings onWPIX TV Ch.11 in NYC back in the early 1960's. I enjoyed the adventures of "Mr.Mike Mercury" andhis friends"Dr.Beaker","Prof.Popkiss","Jimmy" and"Mitch The Chimp"as they went up against such supercrooks as"Masterspy" and his toadying little Peter Loreelike henchman. Ch.11 would later rerun the show weekday afternoons..and then..the station execs at WPIX TV dropped the show. Damn It! They took away a wonderful tv puppet adventure series! I haven't seen "Supercar"on tv since. Anyway, Thanks For sharing these memories of The Anderson'sfirst filmed tv puppet adventure show to be seen here in theUSA. Mr.KTV.
