Great shots of Olga with the membe...Dear Craig,<br /><br /> Great shots of Olga with the members of Mr.Baird's<br /><br />Greenwich Village Puppet theater staff.<br /><br /><br /> I was lucky enough to meet some of those puppeteers<br /><br />during their very last performance at The Minetta Lane<br /><br />Theater in the village in the late 1980's.<br /><br /> Sadly,during this time..Bil had passed away..so the<br /><br />show's chief puppeteering chores were handled by Bil's<br /><br />son Pete(Who also played the conniving Alexander in<br /><br />the show"Pinocchio").<br /><br /><br /> I got to meet the puppeteers after the show..I was a<br /><br />thrill for me to meet Mr.Tost and Mr.Peter Baird.<br /><br /><br /> I don' think that Mr.Harms was working on that<br /><br />show..although I did met and talked with him some<br /><br />time after that.<br /><br /><br /> It's sad that Bil Baird's puppet theater is no longer<br /><br />in existsence.<br /><br /><br /> But?<br /><br /> So long as there are websites like this..Bil Baird's<br /><br />contributions to puppetry will live on.<br /><br /><br /> Mr.KTV.Movietimehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17538437945130267415noreply@blogger.com
